Double Li: Szechuan dumplings in chili oil; dry-fried chili chicken; crispy garlic shrimp with noodles; garlic beef tenderloin; pea pod leaves with garlic
Pastoral: prosciutto panini; duck confit sandwich with balsamic
Spacca Napoli: funghi e salsiccia pizza
TAC Quick: crispy on choy; roasted duck curry
Hot Doug's: of course

I almost forgot:
Hoosier Mama Pie: especially during sour-cherry pie season! Also love the peach pie and chocolate cream pie.
Green City Market: for all the great produce, yes, but also zeppole (new this year), pastries, cheeses.... I always stop by Nichols for fruits and vegetables and Floriole Bakery for croissants, quiche, tarts, caneles, and more.
